		<description>Just how useful is downloading videos going to be if the ISP's get past the trial stage of implementing download caps. 40GB, which is the high end on Time Warner's test, wouldn't get you too much if you're downloading movies and video podcasts.

We can only hope that Time Warner doesn't get any new customers down in Beaumont, TX...

With a decent interface (Front Row or AppleTVs) navigating a hard drive's worth of video is a snap compared to tracking down a DVD and waiting through the startup and related menus.
